Arrangement that exists for consultation with public in relation to decision making/grievance redressal (Section 4 (1) (b)(viii)

Open house Meetings are conducted in all Area Offices on all Second Saturdays to enable the public, Consumer Organisations, Flat Owner's Associations, Consumer action groups etc. to meet the offices and also for sharing and contributing in the decision making by offering opinion/advice and suggestions for system improvement wherever necessary and also reducing their complaints. The Open House Meetings also enable the public and consumer organization to know the adherence of Citizen's charter by the Board.
